Life is happening too fast, it has attacked me lately....
I began to homeschool the four boys in September, and it seems like that's added to every thing else, I have an overflowing life. And not time for the blog.
The boys are in 6th, 4th, 1st and K grades!! And though Dennis is doing all the correcting of paper and grading (which helps a heap!), I still find my days full to the brim. The big boys do most of the work for themselves, but the little ones need lots of help.
I began a paper projects class at home, which happens once a month, so that added more to my days. But I am enjoying to have time with women who are like minded. I appreciate the chance to teach projects that others enjoy too.
While mumbling about the boys, someone told me something that I have enjoy sooo much. The days seem so long and the years seem so short. I just want to be happy and thankful for the blessing in raising my boys, and see the things that really matter in life.
Here I am posting a few pictures of our life through the summer:
Visiting the Statue of Liberty in New York. I took Alexander and Nikolas to Washington DC and New York for a school trip. It was an awesome experience!!
We saw my uncle Andres and Aunt Wendy. They drove about 12 hours from Ontario Canada to WA to see us!! It as so nice to see them again. We also, saw our good chilean friend Tamara and her daughter Ines! These were extra hight lights of our school trip!!
The boys at the Washington DC zoo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was a hot day, we walked a lot, saw a lot of animals that we never had seen. Among them was a komodo dragon, flamingos, red pandas, storks, orangutans, prairie dogs, kiwis, toucans, mina birds....
My Mom enjoying to take care of the little boys (Benjamin and Jonathan) while me and the big boys were on the trip.
My 5 boys at the Sea Life Center in Seward.... back in Alaska!!!

We also, went to Dennis' parents 60th anniversary in South Oregon. We saw all of the siblings (9 of them!) all the grandchildren but 3 (21 total), and all of the great grandchildren (11 little ones!!)
I want to add some more pictures of my projects, but I guess I will have to wait.... Alexander will help me to figure where are the rest of pictures! Today children are electronic experts from day one! Thank goodness!
Have a great white week out there!!.... We got our first snow today..... Dennis and I think that it will melt overnight, because tomorrow will be 70 degrees.... Now back to reality, I will try to enjoy our white week!
Hugs!
